Anand started his career at DigitalOcean in New York. Over two stints there, he led the design and launch of Virtual Private Cloud, built billing for VPC Peering across 14 data centres, shipped microservices that saved DigitalOcean $200K in capex through smarter IP-address management, and reduced datacenter ARP traffic by over 99% with a custom IPv6 service.
Reliability, AI, and FinOps for fast-growing companies
Beyond DigitalOcean, Anand has been a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at nference (AI / biomedical), Senior DevOps engineer at Accern where he led the company to SOC2 Type 1 & 2 compliance, and the engineer behind Vantage's first-to-market Microsoft Teams FinOps integration. He also ran an independent SRE consulting practice helping startups build observable, cost-efficient, production-grade systems. Today, he works full-time on building ArchiTrack.
